Draw For The Perth Masters

The draw for the first round of the Perth Masters has taken place, and has thrown up some mouth watering ties. The standout match is a repeat of a game we saw in Sydney, as world number one Michael van Gerwen will take on home favourite Kyle Anderson. The pair met in the quarter-final of the Sydney Masters and served up a real treat. Michael won the tie 10-6 in a real roof raiser, that again showed that it’s surely only a matter of time till he breaks the PDC…

Michael van Gerwen Spices Up His Semi-Final With Adrian Lewis

Michael van Gerwen and Adrian will lock horns in the World Matchplay semi-final, on Saturday night at the Winter Gardens. Day 1 In Tokyo Roundup

Day one of the Tokyo Masters is complete, with all the PDC stars making it through the opening round. In fairness, none of the seeds had to get out of second gear, as the local talent failed to test them. World number one Michael van Gerwen was showing some signs of rust, following his holiday in Thailand after the Shanghai Masters. Van Gerwen dropped three legs against Masumi Chino, on his way to a 6-3 victory. Snakebite Peter Wright whitewashed Chikara Fujimori. In total, the seeds only lost ten legs…

Wade Stuns Van Gerwen as Lewis Cuts The Power In Auckland

What unbelievable night in Auckland, with Michael van Gerwen and Phil Taylor both crashing of the Auckland masters. Van Gerwen lost with a 107 average after James Wade produced one of his best performances. Wade found himself 4-1 and was outscoring the world number one. Until the final few legs both players were averaging upwards of 114, but it was Wade who had the answers for everything the MvG throw at him. Wade’s finishing was second to none, taking out 130 and 121 when it counted. In 16 legs of…
